General Conditions

1. Reservation and Confirmation

1.1. To reserve a car, the Client must provide accurate information, including valid payment details.

1.2. The reservation is confirmed once the Lessor has received the payment and issued a confirmation of the reservation. 

2. Age and Driving License

2.1. The primary driver must be at least 18 years old and must have a valid driving license for a minimum of [Minimum Duration] years.

2.2. Additional drivers must meet the same age and license holding duration criteria. 

3. Payment and Security Deposit

3.1. The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon rate at the time of booking, as well as any additional costs related to the use of the car (fuel, tolls, fines, etc.).

3.2. A security deposit will be charged to the Client's credit card at the time of vehicle pick-up and will be refunded after the car is returned under specified conditions. 

4. Use of the Car

4.1. The car must not be used for illegal purposes, the transport of hazardous substances, or participating in races.

4.2. The Client is responsible for fuel. The car must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up. 

5. Insurance

5.1. All our cars are insured in accordance with current legislation. The Client may purchase optional additional insurance.

5.2. The Client is responsible for damages to the car up to the amount of the deductible. 

6. Cancellation and Modification of Reservation

6.1. Any cancellation must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking.

6.2. Cancellation fees may apply based on the cancellation timeframe. 

7. Termination of the Contract

7.1. The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the rental contract without notice in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions by the Client.

7.2. In case of early termination by the Client, no refund will be made for the remaining rental period.

By signing the rental agreement, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions of car rental.
